However, participants in expert meetings may not accurately reflect the realities of daily anxiety management practices. Social media, defined as “any form of electronic communication [...] to share information” [17], offers the potential to enhance these insights by leveraging swarm intelligence and engaging a broader and more diverse group of health care professionals involved in preoperative anxiety management.

The use of e Health coaching using Smarter Pregnancy was associated with improvement in vegetable intake–related attitudes and practices among women planning to undergo ART treatment. Besides, we found no difference in changes in the studied attitudes and practices between the ART and natural conception groups that received Smarter Pregnancy coaching.

Although e Health has been regarded as a useful tool for clinical practices, evidence about perceptions of and practices for e Health among prospective and current medical professionals in Vietnam is scarce. A prior study in 2018 reported limited knowledge about e Health among Vietnamese medical students, which was the result of students lacking computer skills and the intention to seek e Health information [32].

The Knowledge, Attitude, and Practices (KAP) theory is a health behavior theory based on the belief that knowledge is the foundation of behavior change and helps form attitudes and practices that drive behavior change [15,16]. Numerous global studies from the beginning of the pandemic showed that a lack of COVID-19 knowledge, negative attitudes toward the pandemic, and the lack of disease preventative practice were more common in communities with high disease rates [14,17-21].
